Shelter Manager

My name is Audrey Herold and I have worked for the CHA since 2004 when I began as a volunteer walking dogs. Shortly thereafter I was hired as a member of the kennel staff and in October of 2005 served as an Assistant Manager. As of August 2006 I have taken the Shelter Manager position and am thrilled to continue to be involved with the organization. Originally from St. Paul, MN, I graduated from Northland College in May of 2006 with bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology with an animal behavior emphasis. I look forward to the challenges ahead as we all work to improve our local shelter in promoting and supporting the humane treatment of animals in the Chequamegon Bay Area.
